Please note due to the tempoary loss of some gift basket industry suppliers, substatutions may be necessary and may not appear the same as products pictures but will be of equal or greater value. This dosen't affect the Cornucopia Shop Tea line, Tea ware or Tea Gift baskets.
5-1-20 FedEx ground and UPS ground are currently experiencing extremely high volumes right now and delivery times are expected to be slower than normal. Please keep this in mind when needing a package by a certain date. Please do not hesitate to contact us firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding the shipment of your order.
4-17-20 UPS update: UPS status is not updating tracking numbers as they normally would within 24 - 48 hours at this time. Your status will continue to show ready for pickup. All orders placed from 4/4 forward are affected by this situation which is out of our control. UPS is no longer guaranteeing delivery dates. We are no longer accepting 3 day, 2 day or next day air deliveries as UPS has also stopped guaranteed delivery date. On average we are experiencing a 10-15 day lead time for delivery. This is changing daily as other shipping priorities at UPS are affecting domestic deliveries. If you have questions please email or call prior to placing orders. We are checking customer tracking numbers and provided status updates as they are available. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

4-8-2020 Update: All ground orders are experiencing heavy delivery delays due to high product demands and the current strain on the shipping industry with COVID-19. Including next day, 2 day and 3 day air orders. Gift Baskets are experiencing a 5-6 day lead time on carrier pickup dates. Tracking numbers become active 24 hrs after pickup. Please check your tracking numbers often for updates and report any delivery issues directly to the carrier. We thank you for your patience while we all work together through these troubled times.
4-5-2020 all ground orders for gift basket are experiencing a 4-5 day delivery delay due to the current strain on the shipping industry with COVID-19.
Carrier delays are also affecting incoming shipments of key components in Easter baskets such as Chocolate bunnies, Peeps and Jelly Beans.
Due to shipping delays of key Easter basket components, we sadly regret Easter baskets purchased as of 4/5/2020 will experience delays in shipping until 4/09/2020 with expected delivery delays of 4-5-days. We do apologize for this inconvenience.
