Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States by flat rate ground. Some items provide expedited shipping. When you place an order shipping cost are immediately provided within the cart. Orders are processed for pickup within 24-48 hours Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST.  Orders received on Friday after 12 noon will be processed the following Monday for pickup.  Allow 4-5 days lead time for delivery from ship date.  We will provide you a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email when your item is scheduled for pickup.  Free shipping follows the same guidelines for processing times and delivery lead time.  We are unable to change delivery dates once an order has been placed.   

Delivery Locations:

Sending to a business: The Cornucopia Shop is not responsible for carrier deliveries to a business after hours or on weekends. 

Home Deliveries: The Cornucopia Shop is not responsible for stolen or carries leaving packages with neighbors or individuals who take possession of the goods other than the original recipient intended. 

Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting deliveries to any healthcare facility until further notice. The Cornucopia Shop LLC will not be held responsible for deliveries to hospitals, care facilities, or business. Customer are required to ensure facilities and recipient will be available to take possession of the gift. The Cornucopia Shop LLC will not be responsible for undeliverable packages to these locations and will not offer changes to address if the patient is no longer at the facility or a business is closed due to COVID-19. The Cornucopia Shop LLC will not confirm room numbers, or an address provided. We highly encourage our customers to send packages to the home addresses. The Cornucopia Shop will not provide refunds for misappropriated packages or delivery issues of this kind.

Address Changes: Address change request, once a tracking number has been assigned, it will become necessary to evaluate the status of delivery with the carrier and can take up to 36 hours and is not guaranteed it will be successful. Change of Address fees are applied at the time of the request are made and are nonrefundable.  The minimum upfront fee is 19.00 and may incur additional fees based on the circumstance, distance etc.  A credit card will need to remain on file with our service center up to 30 days for any additional fees applied by the carrier. 

Holiday Shopping Seasons: Allow additional lead time of 3-4 for days for deliveries during a peak holiday seasons. Easter, Mother's and Father's Day, Halloween and Christmas.  

Credits and returns The Cornucopia Shop LLC will not be held responsible for carrier loss or damages, wrong address, refusals of delivery by a recipient, to a closed business, hospital deliveries, or other healthcare facilities, late deliveries out of our control, opened food products, or returns without written authorization to do so. 

The product SKU doesn’t match the order:

  • Do not open the product packaging, or content.
  • Upon receipt, or within 24 hours Contact Us to initiate a refund and instructions to follow.
  • If a credit has been approved we will refund or replace the product as soon as it is received in our warehouse.

Personalized Goods:

  • Personalized baked goods with cookie plaque, Baked in messages, Bags, Bridal packaging or Bridal Boxes are non-refundable. 

Credit Card Disputes with PayPal or Credit Card Companies will not be honored without prior written return authorization from The Cornucopia Shop LLC. If authorized, the product must be returned and received back in our warehouse for a dispute to be approved.  

  • Unauthorized returns will be charged all handling and shipping fees plus an additional $25.00 restocking fee due to perishable content. The balance of the purchase price will be refunded once the item has been received back in our warehouse. Allow 7-10 days for processing return payment.  
  • The gift must be unopened and in its original condition. 

 Not satisfied with the product: Please note: Not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed on our website as packaging colors and shapes change quite frequently. The Cornucopia Shop LLC also maintains the right to substitutions due to the integrity of content and shipping conditions, out of stock or changes made by manufacturer. When substitutions occur, we make every effort to replace with a similar value and content mix that the product descriptions convey. Please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor, color or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense or a discount of any kind.

 In lieu of refunds 

  • The Cornucopia Shop LLC reserve the right to make substitutions or provide a store credit in lieu of a refund.
  • Note: Personalized items, labels, Bridal boxes, or other personalized gifts are non-refundable. 

Request Return Authorization If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.  Include pictures of the goods, shipping boxes etc. for review by our resolutions center. We will respond within 24 hrs.
