Shipping
Orders are shipped within the United States by flat rate ground with the best delivery time available between UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Due to our contract limitations with carriers, we are unable to provide cost-effective Next-day air, 2-day air options.
Shipping costs are provided on the products page and in the cart.
Orders are processed for carrier pickup within 24-48 hours Monday - Saturday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST. Orders received on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
Please review the UPS shipping map for approximate delivery times nationwide.
We will provide you with shipping confirmation and tracking number by email when your item is scheduled for pickup. Free shipping follows the same guidelines for processing and delivery lead time.
Options to hold orders for a later ship date are available on the product page.
Address Changes: Address change request, once a tracking number has been assigned, it will become necessary to evaluate the status of delivery with the carrier and can take up to 36 hours and is not guaranteed it will be successful. Change of Address fees are applied at the time of the request are made and are nonrefundable. The minimum upfront fee is 19.00 and may incur additional fees based on the circumstance, distance etc. A credit card will need to remain on file with our service center for up to 30 days for any additional fees applied by the carrier.
Holiday Shopping Seasons: Allow additional lead time of 3-4 for days for deliveries during peak holiday seasons. Easter, Mother's and Father's Day, Halloween and Christmas.
Credits and returns The Cornucopia Shop LLC will not be held responsible for carrier loss or damages, wrong address, refusals of delivery by a recipient, to a closed business, hospital deliveries, or other healthcare facilities, late deliveries out of our control, opened food products, or returns for refunds without our written authorization to do so.
The product SKU doesn’t match the order:
- Upon receipt, or within 24 hours Contact Us to initiate a resolution and instructions to follow. You may be asked to provide pictures of damaged deliveries, hold boxes and goods until resolved.
- If a credit has been approved, we will refund or replace the product as soon as possible.

- Products that are personalized features, packaging or designs from customized orders.
- Gift Baskets that contain food products.

Gift Basket Content Changes:
Please note: Not all packaging may not look identical to the products photographed on our website as packaging colors and shapes change quite frequently and from browser to browser. The Cornucopia Shop LLC also maintains the right to substitutions due to the integrity of content and shipping conditions, out of stock or changes made by manufacturer. When substitutions occur, we make every effort to replace with a similar value and content mix that the product descriptions convey. Please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor, color or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense or a discount of any kind.
In lieu of refunds:
- The Cornucopia Shop LLC reserve the right to make substitutions or provide a store credit in lieu of a refund.
Request Return Authorization If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Include pictures of the goods, shipping boxes etc. for review by our resolutions center. We will respond within 24 hrs.
Credit Card Disputes with PayPal or Credit Card Companies will not be honored without prior written return authorization from The Cornucopia Shop LLC. If authorized, the product must be returned and received back in our warehouse for a dispute to be approved.
- Unauthorized returns will be charged all handling and shipping fees plus an additional $25.00 restocking fee due to perishable content. The balance of the purchase price will be refunded once the item has been received back in our warehouse. Allow 7-10 days for processing return payment.
- The gift must be unopened and in its original condition.
