Bulk Ordering Terms and Conditions
Minimum Quantities: 5pcs
By placing your order with The Cornucopia Shop LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment: Bulk orders must be paid in full when placing your order.
Product availability and Delivery Deadlines: Your customer service representative will discuss your needs of delivery and product availability when ordering over minimums. Orders over 25 pcs may require special ordering of basket content and containers. Peak holiday purchasing may require additional lead time for processing, and delivery. Please order well in advance to meet the busy holiday season. contact sales@thecornucopiashopllc.com for assistance with your bulk order.
Substitutions: The Cornucopia shop may require substitutions of equal or greater value than the image content shown on the website due to product availability with vendors during COVID-19 or meeting a required delivery by date. We will attempt to provide you substitution information whenever possible. Feel free to contact us prior to placing an order to verify warehouse stock levels over 25 pcs.
Shipping Information: Bulk orders cannot be delivered to APO or FPO. We do not ship to Hawaiian Islands, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Puertorico, Canada or internationally. Domestic deliveries only.
Providing Address information: Address information can be keyed into the online store and saved to your address book once you have established an account with us, making reorders a breeze.
For orders over 25 pieces, your sales associate will provide a formatted spreadsheet to be filled out. Confirm and check address information prior to placing your order online or submitting a spreadsheet.
Carrier Address Corrections: Please note there is an additional fee of 19.75 per address correction completed by UPS, FedEx, or USPS and may take up to a 30-day billing cycle for adjustments to reflect on the credit card used to complete a bulk order.
Freight Discounts: Please contact us for current freight charges for bulk deliveries to one location.
Cancelations: Orders placed for 5-25 pieces begin processing immediately for shipment within 24 hours. No cancellations are allowed once a tracking number has been assigned.
Returns: We do not accept returns on bulk orders, special orders, personalized orders, products, or perishable food items of any kind.
Damaged or Lost Goods in Transit: The Cornucopia Shop LLC will work with the carrier to open a case as needed on behalf of our customer. The Cornucopia Shop LLC is not responsible for wrong address, damaged or lost merchandise, Carrier delays, loss in transit or refusal of deliveries.
Tracking Information: The Cornucopia Shop LLC supplies tracking information to the purchaser’s email address on the account with the following: Shipment pending, Shipment shipped, Shipment Completed. Your sales associate tracks the progress of each gift until your order is complete.
