Brewing: Bring water to a boil (203-212 °F). Prepair a heat proof 1 quart container by placing one - quart filter bag in the container.  For sweet tea add 1/4 cup of sugar. Pour hot water into the container and set aside.  Allow tea to brew until the desired strength is reached.  Let cool prior to pouring over ice in a glass or pitcher, or chill in the refrigerator for later use.  Add lemon slices, orange slices, fresh mint or spearmint for a wonderful all year refreshing drink.  Better than pop!
