Tea is one of the healthiest drink choices we can make for ourselves and more popular now than ever!

Replace a morning pop drink with a cold or hot brewed tea for a healthier start to your day. It is not as hard as you may think to switch up your morning choice of drink to a healthier one.

We ‘ve been reforming one of our own for the past 90 days. A beloved pop drinker for years who began each morning with a drive thru run for his pop and continued to drink pop throughout the day. Some days consuming a liter or more.

Needles to say, health issues began to appear, and the team decided they would help him on a new path.

When you love your morning drink so strongly, and you will not give something else a chance, we understand!

Pop is full of sugar as we all know, and harder to transition into a sugarless drink. Part of good success in this process is to allow yourself or someone you are assisting to learn to drink tea using cream and sugar and, in the morning, prepare it hot. Eventually they will use less sugar and creamer.

Make enough tea in the morning to set a cup aside to brew stronger. This will be made into iced tea later for lunch!

Any tea can be Iced and brewed to any desired strength for the iced tea. We call the stronger blends Iceables for their dark brewing abilities.

We started our team member off who had never tried tea, with our Oolong & Elderflower loose leaf tea. This tea is light in flavor and color in the cup. So delicate, try it without cream, add honey or sugar.

If they are familiar with tea than skies the limit! There are so many wonderful blends to choose from. Make it fun and teach them the arts of making hot tea.

There is a holistic magic that takes place when you enjoy a cup of tea. which occurs as you sip the tea, and the aroma touches your senses you feel refreshed in body, mind, and spirit. We find this aspect is so important to share with a new tea drinker.
