Mango Black Tea
This is a fragrant and flavorful blend that works well as both iced tea and hot tea. I was pleasantly surprised I could add a splash of milk into the tea prepared hot, without any curdling! There is some astringency and bitterness, if I taste it plain, which is not my taste preference, but adding sweetener and serving it iced, or adding milk to it served hot lower the level of astringency. Adding sweetener will especially highlight the tropical fruity notes that I love. Served cold, it’s refreshing, and served warm, it’s comforting and similar to a peaches-and-cream dessert. This is really good served with milk and sweetener.
